"La Rocca del Gusto" is a small, quiet and informal restaurant, with only 7 tables, reviewed among the best restaurant in Italy by 3 specialized Guides. It's kitchen combines tradition and experimentation: the high quality of raw material is it's guide. For this reason, there are always in menu local and organic products such as meats, eggs, vegetables, flour, honey, chocolate, milk and oil, as well as national and international Slowfood Presidia. The menu changes every two months to follow seasons and fantasy. Here you can find wines coming from small business realities, many of which are based on organic and biodynamic agriculture and on a natural vinification.
