Our burgers enhance the tradition combining selected meat or fish, artisan bread, particular quality cheese, seasonal vegetables and homemade sauces to exalt the original recipes. Our focus is therefore on freshness, seasonality, quality and genuineness of products. The meat (Chianina, danish, pig , sheep meat, game) will be delivered several times in a week; the fish comes from the nearby sea and is used according to the availability; the sheep's and cows cheeses are specialities of Tuscia, a territory near Rome; the vegetables are strictly seasonal; sauces and condiments are daily prepared by our chefs; our bread, conceived in conjunction with each proposal, is daily produced by our bakery with wonderful products like chocolate and seeds of poppy, sepia and "taggiasche" olives, cereals, mentuccia, basil and other selected ingredients to complete the taste experience.
