I don’t know the history of the restaurant but it seems iconic. The walls are full of celebrity pictures who visited the restaurant.It was recommended by a local friend for authentic Roman cuisine and it did not disappoint us.We ordered Amatriciana: Very well done as the best I ever had. Pancetta was crispy and generous amount of Pecorino made it ever better.Coratella Alla Veneta: basically this is a very typical dish made of lamb’s intestine. I loved it. recommendation for people who would like to try something different and typical dish.Lot of us wanted to go for second course but I was already full.They have a pay as you choose counter with selection of cold salads, fruits and antipasti.Over all it was a great experience. I am not a judge of authenticity but I loved it.
Lokal umiejscowiony w popularnej ostatnio dzielnicy Testaccio. Pomimo kilku pomieszczeń i sporej przestrzeni, w godzinach wieczornych jest bardzo zatłoczony i trudno znaleźć miejsce. Warto jednak spróbować bo panuje tam bardzo przyjemna atmosfera. Przyzwoity wybór dań w menu oraz dania dnia pozwalają każdemu wybrać coś dla siebie. Dania są pyszne a porcje duże. Ceny jak na Rzym rewelacyjne -za kolację dla czterech osób, z winem zapłaciliśmy ok. 60 euro i wszyscy byli najedzeni do syta. Ocenę podnosi również sympatyczna obsługa. Jedynie wystrój i wykończenie lokalu należałoby poprawić. Polecam.

sopravvalutato. qualità del cibo scarsa, prezzi alti, poca attenzione al cliente, locali sotto al limite della sopportabilità, personale scortese, nessuno scontrino. come se queste fossero le caratteristiche del locale.quindi, se volete del cibo dozzinale, precotto, essere trattati male, pagare tanto, stare ammucchiati nel caos: bucatino è il posto per voi!
