This place is a real gem among Rome’s restaurants. The food is delicious, made only with fresh produce, and prepared in innovative way. We had a spicy potato and cheese sort of omelette and smoked ricotta with honey and red currants for starters, both really tasty. My companion then opted for pasta with tomato and herb sauce, and it was perfect, al dente and full of flavor. My fillet of trout on the bed of ribbons of fennel and sweet tomatoes was absolutely outstanding, cooked to perfection, full of aroma and taste. There is a very good selection of wines and some great desserts, but we were too full to try any. Overall, a fabulous find, small and cosy, with really friendly owners/staff, and outstanding quality of food.
