Been here several times in a few days. Very nice people, and in their best the food is extremely good. However, they are in a learning process since their business is very young. And we have seen this as well. Really hope they survive!
The food was ok and rather cheap but since the street, where the restaurant is located, is a crowded one; you may overwhelmed. And the thing that I didn’t really like the service. Maybe it was because of how busy they were, not sure.
You might walk by and not recognize this spot as the street is always bustling with pedestrians. A great place for lunch. The pasta is freshly made. The sauces are prepared on the spot; that explains the delay in orders. The place is packed with tourists and locals. We enjoyed every bite.
After making our wishes with our coins at the beautiful Trevi Fountain, it was time for dinner. Not far from this large Baroque fountain was where La Locanda del Tempio was located. Even though it was the evening time, we were able to sit comfortably outdoors due to the big outdoor heaters. There were a couple of small tables, but as there were a few of us dining, the waiters happily rearranged the tables to make one that accommodated us. We dined by candlelight! The staff at La Locanda del Tempio were jolly and gave us good service.
We ordered pizza Margherita and pasta. Have tasted better pizza and pasta but still delicious, really loved the hot chocolate.The service is fast and friendly. @rickanasution
