MERIDIONALE because our cuisine is a Mediterranean one, food and wines from Roma to south of Italy. And MERIDIONALE because we two, partners and chefs, are from the south of Italy, Sasa from Calabria, Massimo from Napoli. So, now and again, good, genuine and creative Italian southern food (appetizers, pasta, soup, meat, fish, vegetables, salads, desserts) and good and selected Italian southern wines are here for you. And our trattoria is a very nice place in the hearth of Trastevere, the most peculiar area ("rione") in Roma; it's light, simple, clean and with a touch of our personal style.
