Not sure whether it’s tourists in general or non Italians who the owner/manager dislikes, but if you want to be treated rudely or mostly ignored, come here. If you prefer hospitable surroundings and treatment, stay away!!! Two parties exiting the restaurant on the night we dined had exactly the same complaints, and the following day at our hotel a woman was complaining about the horrible treatment her family experienced while dining at Osteria Margutta. Do not go here!
