The idea of opening our bistrot started from our desire to make you rediscover the flavors and cuisine of the past, today as before, the raw material and the care to the details are at the centre of our attention. The journey that we invite you to take with us has its origins in the early 900s, when a group of thinkers gave life to a cultural artistic movement called futurismo.
