For me Piperno is all about the carciofi alla giudia and, of course, their specialty: pasta e ceci. Always a very elegant restaurant with an excellent staff that looks after all your needs as you would expect from such a restaurant. –Da Piperno ricordo con tantissimo affetto i carciofi alla giudia e, ovviamente la pasta e ceci. Sempre elegante il locale e con uno staff molto attento come d’altronde uno si aspetta da un locale di questo livello.
