Just a few steps from the Colosseum, this family-run, 24h shop comes as a bit of a surprise. It seems oblivious to the buzz outside, with the owner calmly reading the newspaper behind the cashier and the pizzaiolo calmly disposing the newly baked pizzas in the counter. The store has many delicacies and the sandwiches and pizza by the slice, given the location and the price, are difficult to beat.
