The Old Hangzhou Restaurant has more than 40 years of history. The first chef, Master Liu, at that time chef in service for the chinese diplomats in Italy, had as objective the providing a range of special dishes that in other restaurants is not possible to taste. His special recipes were handed down to the next generations of chefs of the same restaurante. Our chef Antonio, his disciple too, wants to continue to hand down and keep this unique flavour.
