I ordered a Cortado from here and they did not even deliver the right order. A cortado’s main characteristic is its steamed milk. The man did not even add any, he simply put a spoon of frothed milk on an espresso and handed it over. When I wanted to object, I had no clue what the barista was saying as I do not speak Italian.The ambience of the place is nice, but I definitely will not be coming here again due to the huge inconvenience.

Extremely rude service. I didn’t read their many reviews on terrible service but if I did I would never had gone.Me and my sister walked in and were completely dismissed. We had to ask where to order. They rudely pointed to a member of staff who just stared at us. We made our order and was laughed at for using our only €20 note to pay a small bill. We collected our drink and was asked if we wanted to stay in or take out. We said stay in and walked to the seats. After tasting the foul, strong and lumpy frappe a waiter came over and told us to stand up because these are the expensive seats. We left the drinks and walked off. I have never been treated like this before.There are so many cheaper, better quality and kinder places to go to.
Disappointment, disrespectful and not tasty. Waiter was very disrespectful and the coffee itself isn’t good. Not worth a visit, and very small sizes.
The people are not very welcomed. Even though, I highly recommend the coffee. A must in a visit to Rome as it’s one of the oldest coffee shops.
