Super nice and authentic place just in the middle of Piazza Navona with an amazing view , smiley staff with a good service we tried the bresoala pizza , risotto , tortellini and of course the famous carbona and all were fresh and yummy. Tiramisu was ok
My friend and I ate at this restaurant a few times during our stay in Rome. It is at the Piazza Navona which was about a block from our hotel, Hotel Teatro Pace. The rich tartufo is made from 13 kinds of chocolate and is beautifully presented. The pizza is delicious, and the coffee is robust and satisfying. All the waiters are upbeat and funny–even singing in Italian. Giovanni served us a couple of times and was happy to answer our questions about the city. The place appeals to tourists but I saw locals stopping by as well. This restaurant is in the center of old Rome and a good rest stop as one walks about the city.
I just tried the typical tartufo, it was tasty even for me that don’t like dark chocolate that much. It’s a bit pricy (6€). The staff were very nice! Big downfall is having different prices for take away and eating on the establishment.
