Questa caffetteria è situata in uno posto molto conveniente, l’ambiente è carino, ma non mi piaceva il comportamento del personale neanche il caffè. Non c’era tanta gente, ma dovevamo aspettare molto finché il cameriere si è fatto vedere. Il personale era fastidioso, fare due cappuccini ci voleva troppo tempo e quando il caffè è finalmente arrivato non era gustoso per niente e nella tazza sporca in piu.This cafe is situated in favourable place, it does look really good, but I didn’t like the behaviour of the stuff neither the coffee. There weren’t many people, but we had to wait for ages until the waitres came. The stuff was unpleasant, make 2 cups of coffee took too long and when it finally arrived, it was in a dirty cup and it wasn’t tasty at all.
We had a horrible experience. We ordered a couple sandwiches and 2 pizzas for lunch. The place was not very busy at all, but the service was very slow. We went to ask the waiters twice about our order, but they did not see, to care at all, suggesting that we cancel our order. When the food finally came, our pizzas were cold and quite easily the lousiest pizzas we’ve had in Rome. My husband went to complain about this, but the manager was very rude to him and escalated the situation to such an extend that in the end people were shouting and pushing us in the restaurant. She did not think we were treated unfairly and refused to give us a discount. Very frustrating experience, and I would avoid this place at all cost.
