Situated in an upcoming neighbourhood of Rome, Dar Nasone serves Roman cuisine. Although the interiors of the restaurant are modern unlike a conventional osteria, the food is totally traditional. The best way to test a restaurant serving Roman food is to try out Amatriciana and that is what I did. The food was good and the owner was very friendly, however the service is slow, so if you are looking for a quick lunch, this is not the place for you.
