Be prepared to wait a while for you chance to eat some of the best porchetta around. Other than pork, I suggest their carbonara and amatriciana. Full marks to the waiter who has amazing talent and kindness in dealing with the 50 hungry eaters at lunch. One negative is that the main dining area is downstairs below ground.
I porchettoni si mangia cucina romana e soprattutto primi piatti. Mi è piaciuto la quantità abbondante dei primi piatti, se mangi la carbonara d’estate, ti circola solo uovo nel sangue.  I tempi di attesa sono biblici, quindi bisogna munirsi di santa pazienza per aspettare 30 min circa.
