Se dovessimo trovare una definizione per Bosco Officine del tartufo potremmo tranquillamente chiamarlo Truffle bar. Quasi 20 le sedute, tavolini alti e servizio al banco, lavagna che occupa la parete sinistra della sala, cucinotto a vista. Lidea di Guido Liberti quella di portare in tavola ingredienti di bosco senza per lasciarsi andare a una cucina stereotipata o ancor pi a piatti volutamente impegnativi. Curando le portate senza farle risultare ampollose o scontate. Daltronde il Pigneto luogo per eccellenza dellinformalit romana, patria della ristorazione rapida e senza arzigogoli manieristici. Gourmet truffle experience at really cheap prices. Nice modern concept. The staff was friendly too. Definitely worth a visit – even if you have to drive from the other side of Rome!
I wanted to be hungry again at the end so I could repeat! Food is amazing, service is nice and prices are fair. Try the Tratturo!
The signature burger was really amazing, have never tried something like this, the flavours were there. Also two ice cream dezerts were good and the owner really friendly ? love these kind of places
