This place is brilliant. The food simple but incredibly tasty and authentic Roman food. The pasta carbonara was unlike anything I have ever had. The chef takes us through the menu in English. We had a vegetarian in the group and he was very accommodating creating a plate especially for her. Absolutely a high light of our 3 days in Roma. Anyone considering making the journey to re Di Roma it is well worth it.
