The "Laboratorio della pizza" was born from Daniele Pacelli's passion for cooking and healthy and natural ingredients.The only way to get to know this experience of taste and sight at its finest is by reading Daniele's history:"Whistle, Daniele!" this is what my grandmother Lida used to tell me while she was cooking. This is the most beautiful memory of her I've got, we used to spend whole hours in the kitchen and, patiently, while I had to grate the pecorino, she used to tell me all the secrets to make amazing meals.This is one of my first memories of cooking, it's a memory made of flavours, scents and sensations.
