The restaurant is one of best tipical place for good food and wine since the end of 800's. Traditinal dishes,from Rieti and abroad,are served . Our pasta is all hand made,and the whest's local varieties are stone-ground. Vegetables and mets are from Rieti valley too. Desserts and bread are from the house.
