The Resort Acquarossa is located about 4 km from Viterbo city center in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery near the Roman Theatre Ferento. Acquarossa is open all year. The weekly rest day is on Wednesday. It has three different restaurants to meet the needs of all its customers. Waves is our Gourmet restaurant where as always we carry with consistency and perseverance a marked speech on quality of food, courteous service and quiet environments. In the kitchen they are used strictly first-grade, local produce materials, aware that a dish is judged not only by his goodness, but also by history that is able to tell. The supply of raw materials takes place at small producers, who daily guarantee of inimitable quality and genuine products. Extreme care is then given to the preparation of the dishes, made with simplicity and meticulous patience, speaking on traditional recipes with a touch of originality.
