The back street of Portovenere is often crowded and full of life. In the midst is Bacicio.Seems to be family owned and run and is delightful and in keeping with the scale of the village. Coffee and snacks were just what we wanted.
A wonderful little cafe tucked away in the back streets. Food was amazing and the the coffee and pastries in the morning was the best way to start the day. Much better food and service than the more popular fancy restaurants along the foreshore.
Travelling on the ferry from Monterosso, we walked the port area and dropped in for lunch. They were very accommodating and the food was quite nice. The bread was quite stale though but otherwise was good for a quick stop over.
