Stopped here in the morning to have coffee, and went back for lunch. Good pasta and a tuna salad. Better than expected on a location like this. Price I perceived as moderate coming from the coast.
Recommended by hotel staff for great food and cheap prices. They were right, had great drinks, pizza and desserts. Yummy, would have gone back again if I had more time in Genoa. Eat a Pistachio Croissant for me, best one I ate in Europe.
We liked the fact that local office workers were lunching at this bar. We had the fixed menu for €10: primo, secondo and acqua. The spaghetti al limone was a good option for a hot day, as was the arrosto with salsa verde.
We stopped here after a long day visiting Genova, had an apericena and were not disappointed – nice cocktails, great food and lovely service, we’ll be back!
La Superba offers snacks for ex. micro oven baked / warmed pizza slices and sandwiches. I do not know why but staff managed to ruin pizza slices twice during my visit (see the foto). Unfortunately I have to suggest to avoid this ‘bar’.
