The restaurant is near Palazzo Ducale in the heart of the historic center of Genoa. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and original, thanks to a wallpaper made using an encyclopedia of the early '900. Our proposal is based on love for Ligurian cuisine, clever mix between the poor raw materials and the hard work of housewives who have given birth. We try to give voice to the ancient Ligurian recipes. Sometimes we allow ourselves to fascinate from contamination of other regional cuisines. Sometimes from fantasy. We cannot forget our former love: Chianina beef, ancient cattle breed of the Chiana Valley in Tuscany, from which comes the idea of Fiorentina. We provide the best I.G.P.
