Amaranto Bistrot is located on the banks of the river, at the gates of Finalborgo, one of the three urban centers forming the village of Finale Ligure, an Italian town in the province of Savona. Until 1927, an independent municipality, it was later merged with Finale Pia and Finale Marina to form today's municipality of Finale Ligure. Visited a couple of times for drinks and for dinner. Food is great and menu updated regularly. Pasta was delicious. Apertivo ok, mostly meat and crisps. Really lovely cosy decor and staff are great.
