Aqua, which is not an error but derives from the Latin; it is the main element that best represents our restaurant. There are three words that unite the meaning of AQUA: Freshness, transparency and flexibility. Freshness, like the freshness of the water found in nature, represents the youth of the two owners, Francesco and Lorenzo who decided to embark on this adventure at the age of 24 along with the rest of the young staff in the hall, the kitchen and of the pizzeria. Transparency, like water, because we focus on maximum transparency trying to have a clean image in front of the customer. Flexibility, as the water in any container in which it is placed is able to assume the shape of the container itself and at the same time is able to adapt as we adapt to the needs of the customer
