On our last day in Genoa were looking for a place for a light supper. Searched for Al Parador and it was a nice evening. Good cocktails well supplied buffet albeit somewhat uninspiring but it fulfilled our needs.
We love the place. Ate 2 dinners with 6-7 different dishes. All delicious. Serves cool paninis and good extra virgin olive oil. Menu changes everyday and everything is fresh.
