This Restaurant & Summer Bar is inserted in the volume of an old farmhouse once used by farmers as a shelter for firewood, tools and carts. The pillars and the roof had collapsed in the middle and were rebuilt by reusing all the old bricks and clay roof tiles that has managed to recover in place. Predominates inside the wooden structure of the roof and parquet floor. The large windows allow the total perception of green space outside and the kitchen with the chefs at work in visual contact with customers.
