In all of our restaurants there are 2 areas: one on stools that we call SUSHIBAR, for those who are in a hurry or simply prefer to try sushi in a more urban manner while watching our skillful sushimen working in the on sight kitchens, or in the other one that we call PRIVE, which is in a quieter area, on low seats for a more intimate and elegant dinner...In all of our restaurants the products that are served, the furnishings and objects are carefully chosen and searched for among the best international brands ..because nothing is a coincidence...The quality and freshness of the raw materials we use, together with our exclusive rice recipe, make our sushi a unique and incomparable fragrance.......
