GLOBE Lounge was opened at the end of 2013, after a complete renovation of the historic "Cremeria". Located in the center of Pavia, offers a unique view of the Ponte Coperto. A special hall is dedicated to the restaurant, another is intended for aperitifs and cocktails, and the large terrace under the arcades are able to accommodate you for a dinner, happy hour, a quick lunch or just an simple espresso. Clean, geometric lines, bright windows and hot walls, suspended ceiling and raised platforms characterize the interior rational and attentive to details. The care of the spaces, the table, the drinks, combined with a passion for their work characterizing the Globe of Pavia. Our restaurant serves fusion food varied and intriguing. The concept is the fusion and combination of different culinary traditions, so as to obtain original dishes and intercultural. The combination of fresh ingredients, spices and exotic aromas of genuine raw materials and simple, local flavors, gives rise to a unique and tantalizing menu. We studied light recipes, essential, but also sought, daring and mix to suit every palate. Peculiarities of local attention are the dishes of fish and the combination of all the recipes in special cocktails that stand out the flavor.
