The philosophy of Gavioli is the continuous search for quality and freshness of raw materials. All the ingredients on our menu are subject to high quality controls. The restaurant, formerly a barn of the 1600s, was the meeting point of the Dossorovina department of Bormio where people chatted and ate together.
