The restaurant "La Scaletta" in Cantu is composed by a main room with 16 tables for 40 people and it is also composed by a place more secluded that can give hospitality to 15-16 guests arranged on 6 tables. The place is fashionable and classical, the all restaurant is played on a minimal style with hot colours like red and beige that heat the atmosphere. The furnishings are simple but it supplied by valuables etchings on the wall and by many bottles of wine arranged on various shelf. The restaurant is obtained in a structure in the end of XIX century. The structure maintains the original wall and it offers fashionables valuts on brick (within sight of all) a vista. Since in the surroundings of Cantu it's not possibile to find typical local main courses, the place has decided to focus on regional dishes prepared with fish and meat. These dishes are then revised with creativity, but avoiding bad couplings. The munu changes regulary every 50 days. The restaurant offered an excellent visitable wine-cellar that contains about 170 quality of wine.
