"Hemingway" was born in an ancient building in the historic center of the city, a few steps from the lake and from the bell tower of San Nicolo. On the ground floor there is a cafe that serves breakfast, aperitifs, sandwiches and snacks all day long and in the evening with its special colors becomes a charming cocktail bar. On the first floor there is a small lounge bar and above all the restaurant rooms: warm, romantic and with a beautiful view of the square, the lake and the bell tower. Pieces of history, such as the ceiling in beams and frescoes or the parquet of 1894 blend with modernity, like the walls all black .. Outside there are many elegant tables, an illuminated umbrella and lots of flowers available especially for the restaurant but also for the bar. The restaurant's kitchen is always open and it is possible to eat from noon to midnight. The charming old staircase is the beating heart of Hemingway. How to summarize all this?
