Inspired by the tradition of southern Italy, the chef Ottavio Biglietto offers an interesting reinterpretation of traditional recipes with creative culinary techniques, a lively modern version of the classic Neapolitan cuisine with avant-garde cooking techniques, modern revisitations and combinations, creating dishes with balanced flavours. The presentation of the dishes is meticulous in every detail, colorful and refined. For our pizzas, we use only seasonal ingredients, accordingly to the tradition. The wine list offers a wide choice.
