The owner (female) was very arrogant and extremely unfriendly. She showed no empathy and made a lot of noise and gesticulations. The lady of the house thinks that clients are insects you should remove. An awful place.

Nice and cosy, with some historic referrences, next to the Sant Andrea and facing the Rotonda, in the centre.We’ve been served by pleasant ladies, contrary to what some other reviews notice.I suggest you try it.
Every time I return to Mantova I must stop here. It’s a tradition that cannot be missed. The Caravaggio’s aperitif is still good, but unfortunately not the same one I used to taste in the 60s and 70s.
