About

The family kitchen followed a great care for the Mantuan "risotto" tradition: the pilot risce opens the way to a menu rich in local products such as rice with frogs, rice with morani, with catfish and much more. After the grandparents and the mother, the management passed into the hands of Domenico, joined for several decades by his wife Anna, who carried on the tradition in the preparation of these specialties.
