Una cena importante di lavoro mi ha permesso di conoscere questo ristorante, che altrimenti posso dire onestamente che mai avrei visitato. Non avendo pagato io il conto non posso fare una recensione completamente obiettiva in ogni caso i prezzi erano visibili e quindi so quanto avrei speso. Credo che se uno va in questi posti è per il piacere di entrare in un ambiente esclusivo e di sentirsi importante per una sera, e in effetti l’attenzione dei camerieri e la presentazione delle portate confermano in pieno questo aspetto. L’esperienza quindi è unica.Gli aspetti negativi? La quantità del cibo è drammatica rispetto al prezzo pagato, anche se uno se l’aspetta, mi ha lasciato comunque l’amaro in bocca, non mi vergogno a dire che usciti dal ristorante avevo ancora un grande appetito e tornato a casa ho fatto merenda.
Great! One of the best restaurants in Italy. Unbelievable truffle menu. Mandatory stop when in Milan. The food is super traditional Italian, no molecular stuff here. And that’s what makes the place special – the fact that there are no bells and whistles just amazing ingredients cooked expertly.
We have a habit of digging out Michelin rated venues whenever we get a chance. Cracco ranked at the top of the list. We elected to take up the 12 course meal and paired with wine (6 glasses). Cracco is renowned for being adventurous and the chef definitely has a brave streak to his menu choices like raw deer etc. Food is amazing, that’s all I can say. Well worth it’s two stars.
Grandissima esperienza di sapori, forse un po’ caro ma direi che merita veramente, locale molto raffinato e personale molto cordiale e professionale
