The concept of The Cortiletto born in years to open a small restaurant in one of the most suggestive and evocative place in Milan. The research wasnt easy because what we thought was a dinner restaurant with few customers for recreate the atmosphere in the tenement with communal balconies of the old city of Milan, where everyone know each other and everybody often spend the night chatting or dinking something together. Nowadays all of this its lost and even we having a quick dinner in front of the television or messaging with a mobile phone. We dont much time to spend together and the myriads of obligations get us to spend every moment of the day in a chaotic way. Il Cortiletto want to treat its own customers a place where spend a relaxed dinner, tasting our dishes with first quality products. We suggest a choice of simple dishes, leading by the ingredients. We change weekly our offer, by season and creativity of our cook Davide. We dont use half way or pre-cooked food.
