In BASE the food is served in line. After a careful sourcing and selection process, the raw ingredients always seasonal as well as organic, biodynamic and local where possible arrive at BASE. Small and medium-size Italian producers working with sustainable production methods are favoured here. The lines on offer are edible artefacts which engage all the senses. Each week sees the introduction of new lines, created according to seasonal availability and served up in a line, no cutlery required. Not just meat, but also vegetables, starters and desserts, with options suitable for everyone, from vegetarians to omnivores. The menu makes frequent nods to street food from Italy and all over the world, giving it a new spin to create an excellent dining experience at affordable prices.
