Our restaurant is specialized for "Miso-Ramen" which is traditional Japanese noodles in miso soup (mixed pig and chicken born). If you are vegetarian or don't feel like meat, we have Ramen for Vegetarian.(base is kelp. no used meat at all) We have 90 restaurants all around the world, Japan, Aisia , US, Brazil, Canada and etc. Milan is first our first restaurant in Europe. Our Ramen is exactly same taste our Ramen in Japan. We use same noodle and Miso from Japan, so, you can taste real Japanese Ramen which is big difference to other Ramen in Italy. Also, we provide variety of Antipasta which is good match to Alcoholic beverage such as beer, Italian wine and Japanese-sake. In side restaurant is mixed modern and traditional Japanese designed.
