Located just steps from the Navigli, the Duomo, from Sant Ambrogio and the Columns of San Lorenzo, this historic restaurant is a real institution in Milan. Isolated from traffic by a delightful pergola, is the perfect place to read a book in peace, have breakfast in front of the newspaper or enjoy a glass of wine with friends. The Catholic University is very close, so it is normal to meet several students. There are also many foreign tourists. The Pusterla offers access to free WiFi, all the football and a variety of newspapers and national and international journals. Dined with friends and was pleasantly surprised. Wonderful treatment from the staff, an incredible hamburger at a more than fair price, and a decent enough sweet to round off the evening. I’ll be returning again soon!!

The service was great, our server Arianna was always nice, polite and helpful and the chocolate cake was delicious.Will definitely come back again
