I like the noodle with its secret sauce. A little taste of sour just enough to rise my appetite. I believe that the sauce is also suitable for meat dishes.
I really like ramen. I try it always and everywhere. But this is not true Japanese Ramen. It’s water with flour noodles. It was no tasty a lot.
