It's thanks to Jolando Faravelli, founder of the Butcher in 1957, and to Rosetta, his wife, that it all began. Jolando was son of a family farmer and for this reason he knew the products he sold: he perfectly knew how the animals were brought up and he also knew all the passages of the production chain and so he was capable to choose with cure the meat to offer to its customers. The dedication of Jolando for his job has awarded by the City of Milan with the Golden Ambrogino, thanks to his efforts and professionality. Needs of customers have changed over the time, but the pursuit of the excellence was, and still is, our goal at work. Over the years, to the butchers shop were added delicatessen, a wine shop and a orchard to offer a thousand delights organically produced by our farm and also other products selected by us from other countries. Today, the torch was passed to Jolandos sons Roberto and Daniele, who mantain philosophy and traditions offering excellences with happiness.
