In ancient Mexico City, the Spanish conquistadors discovered a new kitchen indigenous to their palate, where corn, chili and tomatoes, beans, spices, avocado were the basic ingredients. Mixing ethnicities and cultures, were added rice, beef, potatoes, chicken and centuries so was born the modern Mexican cuisine. Papas & Beer Milan was born here in 1999. Tacos, burritos, chili con carne, enchiladas and the famous fajitas are just some of our many dishes, enriched by the experience of years of work. Not forgetting the traditions, however, we have been able to meet the needs of customers today with tasty salads and vegetarian dishes. We have added a touch of novelty in the dishes, but in essence we were true to ourselves. At Papas & Beer everything is color, atmosphere, fun, as always. And our staff is here for you. We wait.
