Ci sono stato parecchie volte per convegni o eventi: il mio quindi è il giudizio di chi non paga il conto. Ambiente internazionale, ampio ed elegante ma senza eccessi, finger food un po’ scontato e ripetitivo (olive all’ascolana, tartine, pizzette). In un’occasione ho però gustato degli strepitosi bocconcini di mozzarella di bufala. Più varia la cantina, dal Prosecco a un Gavi superlativo. Tornarci è sempre un piacere specie se, come accadde una volta, l’aperitivo viene servito nella terrazza del primo piano che spazia sulla fuga di grattacieli verso Porta Nuova
