The UNA Restaurant offers the best in Mediterranean cuisine. The dining area was revamped to create the convivial atmosphere that is typical of Mediterranean hospitality: the bar is illuminated by clusters of light by Michele De Lucchi for Artemide, and the big baskets on the large buffet table recall the red coral of this beautiful sea. The unique finishing touch is Alessandro Mendinis Recinto gallery tray for tabletop condiments. The " la carte" menu changes throughout the year, offering fresh ingredients in season, selected and prepared by the Chef.
