At a walking distance from Milan's historic center, has just opened the Mediterranean fusion restaurant Sciakisciuka. Sciakisciuka is a specialty from Pantelleria (a small island found in the middle of the Mediterranean sea) which roots are in common with the provenzale ratatouille, with the caponada catalana, with the tunisian chak chouka and the capon magro ligure (another italian specialty). Our cuisine tries to reunite sea food, meat and vegetarian preparations coming from all sides of the Mediterranean coast.
