Oyster Bar is inspired by oyster and seafood kiosks from the French regions of Normandy and Brittany. We eat and drink on stools around an island counter where oystermen offer and tell a tasting of more than 30 types of oysters from all over the world (Italy, France, Ireland, Great Britain, Portugal, United States) and one variety never seen of seafood.
