LE SOSTE AL MARE RESTAURANT- LUNCH AND DINNER Le Soste al Mare is a different kind of restaurant that you can propose to your clients, certain to suggest them the highest quality in matters of raw materials, service and welcome. In our kitchen and with our knowledge, we transform in delicious meals all kind of fishes, shellfishes, seafood and oysters. And, in fact, we have a large selection of raw fishes plauteaus, starters, carpaccios and tartares, first courses and main courses.Every day we suggest tasting menus from 18 to 38, according to the seafood products daily purchased.(Soste Living) At lunchtime (from monday to friday), Le Soste al Mare restaurant proposes its business menu (from 8 to 12), with which our customers can choose between a fish first course or a non-fish one, a fish main course or a vegetarian one, and two different kinds of salads. All includes water and coffee. The wine list has been edited with the smallest details by our sommelier; you may find wines coming from all over Italy, with a particular regard to the Franciacorta aerea, in our region, Lombardy. We also provide a particular selections of Champagnes. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT The new family business of Le Soste al Mare restaurant is based on the intention to create an informal environment, in order to make our customers who whish to spend relaxing moments, feel comfortable with us and our food and beverage. PREMISE OF OUR PROJECT Situated in the heart of Como historical centre, there you can find Le Soste al Mare, a restaurant renovated by Architect Christian Longa. He has been capable to increase the value of the place giving it a shabby chic look, and he has also been able to preserve the unique style of the historic contextin wich the restaurant is located. Longa Group has replaced the former ownership and put Architect Longas passion and experience in tourism and accommodation for making progress in his ambicious project called Le Soste Living. In his project are provided complete and functional services, in order to satisfy all customers needs about accommodation and entertainment, for work and holidays. In this respect, the restaurant may host corporate dinners and meetings, tasting aperitives and any other kind of dinners to celebrate many different occasions.
