LUME, the restaurant run by the Chef Luigi Taglienti, is passionately committed to serving an innovative cuisine that harmoniously and skilfully combines experience of classic and contemporary cooking, with strong ties to the local area and a constant search for raw ingredients. Offering an immersive sensory dining experience, LUME presents an la carte menu, which will change every season, and two different tasting menus (tradition and creative) that are locally sourced. Within ex Richard Ginori factory, in the Naviglio Grande area, the restaurant is spread over two dining rooms seating up to 40 guests.
